Every multimeter carries a measurement category and a voltage — CAT II 600 V, CAT III 600 V, and so on — describing the transient energy it is built to survive at a given point in an installation. It is not a quality grade; it is a safety rating. It does not appear here.
Of the five multimeters in this hub, only one states a category at all. That is a finding about the category as sold, not about this meter in particular, and it is the reason to read the manual before the listing.
A meter lying flat on a bench is a meter being read at an angle, and a meter propped against something is a meter that falls over mid-measurement. A stand is a two-cent moulding that changes how the tool is used.
On sale at around 11 € on the German Amazon store at the time of checking.

None appears in the listing. The category — CAT II, III or IV with a voltage — is the specification describing the transient energy an instrument is built to survive, and it is a safety statement. We do not infer one. Read the manual supplied with the meter and follow it.
The listing does not say so, which means it is an averaging meter. On a clean mains sine wave that is fine; on the distorted waveform of a dimmer, an inverter or a variable-speed drive, an averaging meter reads low.
Checking the P-N junctions of a transistor for continuity and polarity. It is an electronics-bench function that has largely disappeared from meters at this price.
